      I am in-network with most BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna plans. If you are out-of-network I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement per your plan’s policy. Nevertheless,<\/span>\u00a0payment for services may be covered in-full or in-part by your health insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully prior to making your appointment. When you speak with your insurance company, please let them know the billing code 90837<\/strong> (Individual Therapy) will be used for treatment.\u00a0 I encourage you to ask the following questions:<\/p>

      • Does my policy provide mental health benefits?<\/li>
      • What is my deductible and has it been met?<\/li>
      • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?<\/li>
      • What is my copay per session?<\/li><\/ul>
